is this a good deal for a drumset?

my friend is selling his drumset for a supposedly cheap price because he said he wants to give me a good deal since its my birthday. He also said that another reason he's selling it cheap is because he got such a good deal on his new drumset. He's including: the drum set with double bass and used heads, new 4 piece headset, 10 pack drum sticks, drum key, 2 cymbal stands, 18 in. peavey cut rid, 14 in. sabien damaged aax crash, new 12 in. wuhan splash/crash cymbal, peavey 14 in. hi hat cymbal pair, 10 inch. agrazarian splash and a replacement package. This drum set was only played a year and a half before he got his new one. He's asking $230 but i think i can talk him down to $200. Either way does it sound like a reeally good deal?
AS far as the actual drums: there's three of the regular head drums whatever those are called and a new snare and new bass drum
the brand of drums is cb and the drumheads are a mix of attack, peavey, and cb remo heads
