well, 200 bucks isnt very much. the good news is that 200 will buy you a pretty nice piece, whatever it is you end up choosing. it will get you a decent-good crash, a fairly good hihat stand, or a decent snare drum. personally, i would replace anything that is broken first. so that would rule out the cymbal (plus, cymbals are one of the easiest things to upgrade on a set. this can always be done later in the future). so then you got your hihat stand and snare. well the stand functions, just not very well. the snare is played on constantly. so by this information, i would say get a new snare. however, like i said before, 200 wont buy you a great snare, but it will get you quite a decent one. if you wanted to go all out and save up to buy a nice snare, go with the hihat stand for now, cause you can get great stands for that much money.
