To truly get an endorsement, you have to get the company to notice YOU. They get tons of submissions from people who are great musicians, have done tons of studio albums, etc. etc. But what they want is someone who's going to go out of their way to promote the product. You don't have to be signed to a label and touring the world to promote, you just have to endorse them at every chance you can. If you continue with that, there's a chance they'll notice you, and offer you something. Or you can just sign to a major label, and they'll do the work for you. Either way, good luck!
