it should be pretty obvious.... there is usually a little screw at the base of the pedal that you can turn to adjust the spring tension. if you dont see it, it probably doesnt have it. the MAIN difference between an expensive pedal and a cheap pedal is options. when you buy a really nice one, it comes with TONS of ways to adjust exactly the way you want it. but the low end, cheap models are often very basic and lack a lot of the fine tuning adjustment options. but i would suggest looking up the user manual for your specific pedal online, and just browsing through that.
