Please keep in mind that when purchasing on this web site a product that you order may have sold out and is no longer available. In this case we will refund your money immediately. We do our best to maintain our inventory and will update periodically throughout the week so no sold out products are left listed.

Digital Download Products

After payment, you will receive an email with links to download your products. If you don't receive an email immediately, we may be processing your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to clear. You may access your files by logging into your account and clicking the "Files" tab.

Shipping and Processing Times

We at SuperNova Records do our best to get you your products in a timely manner. Please give us up to 5 days to prepare a package for delivery. Once packages have been shipped. A notification will be sent to the email address used to complete the transaction. Please allow 2-7 business days to receive your package after it has been shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the quantity and type of products ordered. Final shipping quotes can be obtained on the "Checkout" screen.

The default shipping and handling charge is $4.00.

For each CD or DVD ordered, and additional $1.00 will be added to your final shipping quote.
For each T-Shirt ordered, an additional $2.00 will be added to your final shipping quote.
For Hoodies ordered, an additional $3.00 per product will be added to your final shipping quote.

International Customers

International orders include orders from Australia, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden, and United Kingdom. All other customers please contact us using the contact page.

The default Shipping & Handling Charge is $10.00.

When checking out, you must select "International Orders" after clicking the "Calculate Shipping" button. Your billing and shipping address must be confirmed through PayPal. No exceptions.

Failure to comply with the instructions above will result in your order being canceled and your payment refunded.
